ovsx.upstream.url is not used for VS Code search

Hello,

it seems the parameter ovsx.upstream.url is only handle when using the /api/-/search endpoint but not when using the /vscode/gallery/extensionquery endpoint

Is it an expected behaviour ?

No, probably just not considered when the VS Code adapter was developed.
