When try to open report it shows 0.0 on progress bar

Hi Team,

In our architecture, we process hprof file on one server and place index files on a file server and reporting server will read from the file server. But sometimes when we try to open a report from the home page it shows 0.0 on the progress bar and most of the time this issue is resolved by the refresh page. Is it a problem with syncing with the file server?
