DTLS enabled, bootstrapped Wakaama client crashes if device management server is running and it doesn't contain security credentials for the endpoint name. Attaching logs

Code in sync with wakaama/master. Compiler: Apple LLVM version 7.3.0 (clang-703.0.29) Server: Leshan Bootstrap and device management server 0.1.11-M11

Hi, Sorry, I can not reproduce your issue. Here are my logs: log_189_dnav.txt

@dnav Logs are not DTLS enabled. I had mentioned about DTLS in title.

This issue happens only if connections to both bootstrap and device management servers are on DTLS. And since DTLS is disabled in Wakaama servers, this issues could only be reproduced with Leshan's device management servers. If that is NOT considered good for valid bug, I will close this issue.

The issue is still valid. As it lies in the dtls_connection code, it does not have a high priority on my task list.

Regards

When using DTLS enabled Bootstrapping, lwm2m client crashes on linux for me. Searching a solution led me to this issue.

@dnav has this issue been addressed?

No, it was not. Sorry.

@dnav Thanks for the info.

Is there a way to verify DTLS connection over LwM2M?
