Random collectResults job fails on "Installing org.eclipse.wtp.releng.tools.feature.feature.group"
We observe periodic build fails in https://ci.eclipse.org/releng/job/Releng/job/ep-collectResults/ job.
Because of this, the test results aren't published for the related SDK test run.
All recent fails were while "Installing org.eclipse.wtp.releng.tools.feature.feature.group" task.
Typically same job if re-triggered runs fine.
This could be some network based instability or timing issue, or MT issue, or whatever else.
We should investigate what causes these fails.

Note: I've created https://github.com/eclipse-equinox/p2/issues/268 for two last fails that seem to be p2/PGP related.
I assume infra team fixed something. The fails stopped immediately after I've reported this ticket (and were failing almost every day before). So it seems it is enough to open a ticket to fix an infra issue :-)
Still recurring problem, today it failed three times!

Note: each time we've miss to install different artifacts, so for me this sounds like an unstable connection to https://download.eclipse.org. Probably related: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/3280.

At the end of the log I see
