Otterdog Offline Validator

Hello:)

I faced the problem that i can just find out if the validation of the otterdog setup works when i do an PR in the repo. Is there any chance of doing an offline validation + a documentation which validation steps are made?

the otterdog cli tool does support validation. It would have to be slighly adapted to easily support downloading the latest config from the .eclipsefdn repo so that you can run validate on it.
