chore: update ovsx; disable embedded elasticsearch

What does this PR do?

Since spring boot framework was updated on openvsx we have to disable embedded elastic searh.

  • updates ovsx to 0.5.0
  • disable embedded elasticsearch to start spring boot application

Depends on https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/pull/499 - when the PR will be merged, we'd need to update an image in https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-plugin-registry/blob/main/build/dockerfiles/Dockerfile#L17
