Improve XY-chart tooltip to include process name along with TID

In the below example, the user has to lookup the tree to see which process the tooltip TID corresponds to. It would be easier if both TID and process name are reflected in the tooltip. Screen Shot 2023-01-24 at 2 14 28 PM
