Program output not visible in integrated terminal

Using version 2.0.3 and VSCodium 1.100.03093

  • Can launch a debug session for program
  • Can see program and debugger (GDB) output in the debugger console
  • Can stop at breakpoints, etc.
  • Dedicated program output terminal session is not created

Is there a configuration option to enable this or is it not supported? If no, is there a plan to support it?
