Change the group of the software and module on installation

We want to always use a specific group for installed software such that any admin can install and modify it.
We already use --group-writable-installdir.

However this doesn't ensure the group to which the installdir/module belongs to. E.g. the user could have a different primary group resulting in the wrong group.

--group works well:

• Checks if the user belongs to the group
• Change group ownership of the software dir

However it also makes the software only available to this group.

Maybe we can have --group-writable-installdir=group which adds the write permissions but also changes the owner. Or something more generic to make sure the owner of the module file and folders are also set.
