This is the extension gallery used by off-brand versions of VS Code, like VSCodium or Gitpod.

I forked this project, and it's available in OpenVSX: https://open-vsx.org/extension/felipecrs/tsl-problem-matcher

As this project received a new version, I removed my fork from VS Marketplace and from OpenVSX (https://github.com/EclipseFdn/open-vsx.org/issues/697). I suggest you not to use it.
