Add a note on additional libraries that might be needed for the AppImage

This MR expands the AppImage link in the readme with a note suggesting that other runtime libraries might be needed and points to our FAQ.

Please suggest ideas for formatting and wording.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Unfortunately, the README.md is rendered on lots of different platforms, which might not support those HTML tags. One example where it fails to render is the Github Android app, but I also fear pypi.org and others won't render it correctly.

How about just adding a link to the FAQ entry? With some text like (note)?

Fair point. How about the current version? I am using plain md syntax and mentioning it right below the list item.
