Added "Open in Colab" buttons to each of the Jupyter notebooks.

Included an `Open in Colab` button for each of the Tools Use notebooks (as discussed). :)

Updated to latest recommended model (Gemini 1.5 Flash).

`text-bison` is using the outdated PaLM v2 models; Gemini 1.5 Flash now has tuning support, and is the recommended model for text and multimodal analysis.

Added an error message to nudge folks to the new SDK.

Also updated the README. :)
