iTerm requires "Full Disk Access" ... 😕

Just installed the latest version of iTerm and got this dialog:

I clicked on "Remind Me Later" and I'm going to see how far I get without giving "Sudo" access!!

So far I've been using iTerm 2 Build 3.2.5 for the past 10 days and not needed to grant it sudo access.

So if you are reading this wondering if you need to grant sudo access to iTerm. you don't. Which makes me wonder, Why they are requesting it ... 😕
