Choosing a static network connection.

How can I make sure that the stream does not switch to new connections? I have wi-fi connected and sound is transmitted through this connection. If I connect the LAN wire, then the sound disappears.

Windows 10 itself changes the metrics... The interface receives such values and cannot be changed. This happens because I am using a vpn gateway. VPN routing does not work without using a VPN gateway. image
