Allow wildcards in Unprotected Sites
Summary
Allow wildcard domains to be added to Unprotected Sites.
Motivation
I've recently realized that this plugin was causing some sites I host locally on my home network to not load properly. Adding each of these sites manually to the Unprotected Sites setting made it so they would load properly. It would be very helpful if I could blanket whitelist the domain I use on my private network.
ex, whitelist: *.home.domain.tld Which would make foo1.home.domain.tld and bar2.home.domain.tld, etc to be "Unprotected".
I've got this issue with the accounting website Quickbooks which uses the base domain qbo.intuit.com but rotates their login subdomains. E.g. c1.qbo.intuit.com, c2.qbo.intuit.com etc. Their login doesnt work (I've reported this to them) when DDG is privacy is enabled.
+1 here. I still experience this in many web services (http only, no ssl) I have in my internal network. For the most part, disabling "Site Privacy Protection" for the particular url works, however I've seen cases where only disabling the extension altogether fixes the problem. Not only does it prevent the page from loading, it also borks the Firefox instance where this happens to the point where it has to be process killed because it won't load any more pages, http or otherwise
DDG Privacy Essentials 2022.1.24 Firefox 98.0.2
