Duplicate domains in links

The links appear to have duplicate `duckduckgo` domains: e.g., `beta.duckduckgo.com.duckduckgo.com/?q=perl+%E2%84%9E%2013%3A%20Decode%20program%20arguments%20as%20utf8&ia=about` -> `beta.duckduckgo.com.duckduckgo.com`.

Basic command response quite slow

Commands such as `ddg-screen-diff --help` take a noticable time to respond - can anyone else confirm this?
