DatePicker visually refreshes itself after each date click

When bound to an input tag the picker 'flashes' (seems to visually refresh itself) after each click on a date. Also, when changing months and selecting one date, control jumps back to the current month. Attached video (*.wmv file in the zip) that shows the behaviours.
