minified build and cdn

Could you make a general build available (minified) as well as add it to some CDN's (eg cdnjs)?

I was gonna help out and send a pull request for all this, but I get tons of errors when running trying to run Middleman in the site folder. Wondering if something is configured out of the repo. Or I'm missing something...

More info: Bundles installed fine. All libs up to date.

First error:

NoMethodError: undefined method each' for nil:NilClass /Volumes/Sessions/web/github/lazy.js/site/source/index.html.erb:10:in block in singleton class'

Well this is embarrassing... I said "today or tomorrow" back in June!

Ugh. Well, I'll try to look into it soon. If I fail to do so, all I can say is: keep pestering me. (I know that sucks. Just being honest.)
