Nested module inclusion limit

Size or depth or both should probably be used to limit whether nested modules/signatures are included in a documentation page. This necessarily requires then a story regarding duplicate signatures in multiple files and what new documents are created for signature elements of a top-level module.

Classes probably should behave similarly.
