IP address and Domain Restrictions

Is there much in the way of interest for this? I currently use a script resource to import an array of IP addresses/ranges which works well, but could look at integrating this into the module if enough people want?

If you have a need for it then probably other have as well. Which resource would that apply to? Or is it a new resource?

+1 here. These restrictions can be applied at the site, application, or folder level, so it might make sense as a new resource that is keyed on the path.
