Organizing patches in sub-directories under patches

Hi. I wondered if it is possible to support reading patches from nested directories.

I have a lot of patches for my project and it becomes a bit harder to manage them in patches directly. It would be great if it's possible to organize the patches in subdirectories.

Is there a reason that you have ended up with so many patches that is hard to manage?
