I would suggest we keep with the status quo for now (so use numpy style). Until we actually change things it's best to stick with the same message.

This is an awesome idea and also completely agree with @meatballs that we should use yml (have done similar for other projects).

@Nikoleta-v3 when it comes to the more dynamical aspects of spatial things, this issue might be worth keeping an eye on. That'll be for once #635 is done though.
