Oh yes I agree, but just move the detection of the qt gui libraries into the gui folders CMakeLists.txt that will be made. No need for a build flag.

By default you build everything. If you only want to build cli you do `ninja cli` or libkdbx `ninja libkdbx` which don't include the gui folder or any features.
