Drop and Store ASM subroutine may improve things

Many words, such as +, -, AND, have a common final part which DROPs then replaces the new TOS with RAX.

Consider factoring it.

Essentially the same observation suggests that storing TOS exclusively in a register would have similar benefit (operators like - would compute result and adjust stack; no store necessary).
