Update README.md to explain how the tests can be executed

Is there any easy 1 liner command to run the test suite? I can't seem to find any in the README.md. The only hint I can find from the codebase was the autotest.watchr.

Also, maybe the package.json file can include a test entry to make executing the test suite much easier?
