Social Posting - nothing sent

I've added the [social_card] - title, image, description and added these vars to the [settings] [auto_tweet] => 1 [auto_fb_post] => array(472294042979426) [fb_comments] => 1

But only the newsletter email gets sent out - no social posts - the test connections are fine and social posting works via the mailchimp dash but no socials get posted via the API

I'm a missing something, is anyone else have the same trouble?
