Unable to edit file in FileManager

After importing AddressBookForJavaScript application and step-by-step setup, as described in README, I'm unable to edit app files within FileManager.

After pressing "Pencil" icon, I got empty window appeared with just "Save" and "Close" buttons, both of which do nothing.

It should be noted that i'm running from docker, DreamFactory Version: 2.11.1

What browser and operating system is this?

It's under Windows 7 x64, Google Chrome 63.0.3239.84 x64 Ubuntu 16.04 x64 - server side.
