Inconsistency between docs and CLI

The CLI say: - secure: "{encrypted_variable}" The Docs say: secure: "<your secure key from doctr here>" Note the subtle difference of -. I think travis interprets these differently (in a way that is not compatible?)

Which one is the correct one? Or does it not really matter?

I think Travis might work either way, but it looks like we use the - version in our file, so we should use that and be consistent.

I think the - is the one that works, since I kept getting errors about the key not existing until I put that in.
