Support max cached screens

Currently if screens are cache-able they will be kept around forever. It would be worthwhile supporting collection of old screens, so that the cache can be used for quick navigations of common screens without monotonically increasing the cache size.

The simple option is for cacheable screens to always be collectible in an LRU fashion.
