CSS3的filter属性没有收录，只有IE的

抱歉隔了这么久才回复你，我看了下你图上手册，这个是旧版的滤镜，在CSS3又有了新的定义（不知道这么表述是否恰当），虽然名字一样，但新版已经定义好了几种效果，旧版需要用函数计算，新版这几种滤镜效果不如函数那个强大但很简单，只是改几个数值就可以了，你先看一下我这个链接啊， https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_filter.asp

顶一下，先感谢作者的辛劳，但目前最新版(v4.2.7)也没找到css3的filter属性，希望有空能补充一下，谢谢。
