Merge with pango

I think paps should be moved into pango itself. What do you think?

I don't mind one way or another. The question is if you would rather not keep pango pure infrastructure?

We already have pango-view which distros package and install separately from the library... A tool to convert text to PS/PDF using pangocairo definitely fits within the scope of pango itself. The only downside is you have to use GNOME bugzilla. Though, technically you don't have to, you can have a mirror of pango and use github issue tracking if you wish.

Do you have a GNOME git account?
