Actually, I think we should leave this open until staging branches are merged into the release branches. Otherwise a duplicate issue is going to get opened.

We can close this. The fix was merged a while ago, it was left open so it would catch issues in servicing branches, but the backport PRs have been in servicing branches for a while now.
