Add unrelated C# 11 issues

Description

The following single errors and warnings should be added to the appropriate grouping:

• CS9049: A fixed field must not be a ref field. (unsafe code)
• CS9027: Unexpected keyword 'unchecked' (operators)
• CS9041:'{0}' requires compiler feature '{1}', which is not supported by this version of the C# compiler. (features and version)
• CS9057: (Warning message for analyzer references) (analyzers and source generators)
• CS9067: Analyzer reference '{0}' specified multiple times (analyzers and source generators)
• CS9070: No longer used. Delete the F1 key in the missing file.
