Add Projectless compile tutorial upon .NET 10 GA

Description

.NET 10 previews support projectless compilation.

We've added the bulk of the documentation during the preview releases. However, we made the choice not to add it to the "Get Started" section during the preview cycle. Instead, let's add this after GA in November.
