Docs don't document how to accomplish AOT "publication"/Build from VS IDE

Description

Documentation for building AOT images is not provided for VS IDE. The docs explicitly call out CLI but say nothing about IDE. Attempts to use "publish" support in IDE have resulted in a variety of errors and there's no docs on what to do or how to accomplish this without resorting to command line. [Enter feedback here]
