Include ports in the apt source list

Summary

Ubuntu moved some packages around and it looks like this example now requires ports.

Hard to remember exactly, but I think this is the arm version of glibc

Unfortunately, when I tried to repro this it no longer errors https://github.com/dn-vm/dnvm/pull/142/files

So something probably changed in Ubuntu again.
