[Feature] Please support publishing installer dotnet-runtime packages for Debian arm64

Dotnet runtime is not included in the prod debian packages. It is possible to install them manually, but then updates are hard to mange.

Please publish production debian arm64 packages for dotnet-runtime-7.0

+1. It looks like there is support for .NET in Ubuntu (even arm64) so I wonder what's keeping this back.
