[Bootstrapper] Decision: Name of the tool

What should we name this new tool (not from the command line but in general -- the product itself, folder name, branding, etc)

Additional Context

There are at least 2 tools that already have the name DNVM.​ DNVM which was the old dotnet CLI (before it was DNVM --> CLI Lab --> SDK)​ DNVM managed by @/agocke

Consider the name should be:

Short, so it is fast / easy to type (alias could help)​ Unique so that it doesn't conflict with existing Linux/Mac/Win Command Utilities​ Clear, (e.g. starting it with 'd' so it is easier to associate with 'dotnet')​ Cleared with communications team to ensure avoiding culturally offensive terms​ Cleared with management

Proposed ideas: Dotnet, dn, dotnetinstall, dotnet-install, (can conflict with other installers) dntv, dnm, dntvm, dtvm​ dotnetv, dotnetsdk, dotnetacq, dotneti, dotnetup, msdosnetup, dotnetget, dotget
