Sorry not an issue, no repro steps, just so sick of this shoddy implementation.

I expect more from a supposed tech behemoth with supposedly top class devs.

What the hell is going on with this awful, buggy, constantly "we are working on it" feature of Blazor that has been in a state of disrepair since day one, which by my count is several years already?

We see again and again that it has 'limitations'. That's fine, I get that. But the things that are supposed to work will just... not work? Change a class name and it hot reloads once. Then change the same class name again and... nothing? Broken? Need to stop debug and start again? Again and again and again?

Come on.

Expected Behavior

Hot reload works.

Steps To Reproduce

Make any Blazor application. Any at all. Work on it for a bit. Watch as hot reload degrades into absolute uselessness.
