What I'm trying to say is, it should either be maintained or removed. The current section seems abandoned and unworthy.

@hakenr, thanks for bringing this issue to the forefront. It does need to be addressed! We will look back at its history of data, including when it was running properly to see how it was being used and reactions. It may be a candidate for either removal or re-investment.

We will remove this What's New in the docs content area and forward any of the old links to the latest What's New release notes for ASP.NET Core
