AspNet Identity with Guid PK example doesn't appear to work

I've tried these docs to try and setup a custom identity setup with Guid primary key. It doesn't appear to work. I get an exception when i browse to the homepage:

I was stuck on this for couple days as well. setup according to this article : https://bel62.wordpress.com/2021/07/12/change-identity-to-use-guid-in-in-ef-core-3-1/

it worked.
