Debug like shaders when not in debug mode.

Sometimes after loading the Community shader affected objects act like debug modes are on even though I never touched the setting. Disabling the effects from the menu does eliminate the bug. It forces a restart of the game when it happens since It is overpowering.

Windows 10 RX 6700XT Driver Version 24.12.1 CPU is 9900k

CS version is 1.1.15
