Water issues with water features enabled

When I enable water features, it creates a noticeable seam with the water in Realistic Water 2 that is definitely not there when it's disabled. I'm using an older version of Realistic Water 2 but I downloaded the latest version to check if it is an issue there too as well, and it is.
