Lighting sources stop producing lights in interiors after a while of gameplay

This happens with CS even until today on the latest version. It happened to me and 5 other streamers live that I know. Doesn't get solved until you restart the game.

How to replicate: keep loading interiors in and out and it should happen on its own. I don't know if "fw 81a" is related or not but it might be. It happened with Lux/ELFX/Skyrim is Luminous and Light Placer.
