"Dissolve" FX shaders do not work with Community Shaders enabled

"Dissolve" FX shaders do not work with Community Shaders enabled.

For example, the shaders TimeFadeIn01FXS and TimeFadeOut01FXS are supposed to show holes appearing in the target and spreading outward, as if the target were "dissolving" into nothingness. However, with CS enabled, these FX shaders simply showed the target popping between partially transparent and fully transparent, no holes. You can see these two FX shaders in action during the scenes with the Psiijic monks during the College of Winterhold questline, when they appear and disappear. So right now, they just sort of pop in and out, instead of dissolving away.

This behavior is consistent across all "dissolve" shaders. I know, because for a mod I'm developing, I have a spell that lets me preview every FX shader on my character, so I was able to step through them all. Also, the problem persists when applied to NPCs as well.

I tested with a direct CS vs. no-CS comparison, to make sure that CS was the issue. I am not using any mods besides CS that edit shaders, FX, or magic textures.
