Hello. Can you please help me? After installing Steam, errors appear, I can’t figure out which way to go. CleanShot 2024-06-20 at 12 42 11@2x CleanShot 2024-06-20 at 12 42 36@2x CleanShot 2024-06-20 at 12 42 51@2x CleanShot 2024-06-20 at 12 42 59@2x terminal.txt

Restart the application that opens the terminal and try to start steam.exe as described. It should work anyway. The scary error messages can almost always be ignored.

In case steam doesn't start, redo the setup, but keep in mind that both setting up steam and starting steam can take several minutes. So have patience!

Have the same problem, I'm on macOS 15.0 Beta 24A5279h

I have this issue with Steam running properly, and it doesn't seem that any of the dialog box options work, I tried them all.

Choosing "restart Steamwebhelper" led to minutes of no visible activity, just some logged terminal output and I started getting several instances of this popup: Screenshot 2024-09-11 at 10 15 14 PM

So it's not possible to run x86 Windows Steam on x86 Mac using Game Porting Toolkit? I thought that was supposed to work (I know Intel Macs are on their way out, but as of today I still have the latest macOS). In the terminal messages, I also caught this:

GPU not supported: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 617
[D3DMetal:LOG:81402B] D3DM: D3DMetal requires Apple silicon and macOS 14.0 Sonoma or higher.
