Connection error

I installed the dolphindb vscode plugin. But it showed connection error. How can I know I connect to the right server

The error message looks like this:

ws://127.0.0.1:8848 connection errored. connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8848

Is the local dolphindb server up and running? Is the node port 8848?
