[saya] recursive proof for the world

For each block, Saya is producing a proof with program output. We can either settle this directly, or we may have a job scheduler that merge the state updates and settle several block at once.

Also, this only concerns the world's storage for now, but could be enhanced later being a components, which can be applied to any other contract easily.
