Update past 4.1.1.0

How do you update this docker image past version 4.1.1.0? I ran the update steps and it didn't update past 4.1.1.0. There's a notice about needing to stop the service when running it normally in linux/macos prior to updating past 4.1.1.0, but not sure how to do that in a docker container?
