Summary

see Types Docs seems not supporting fusion cells.

I don't know how to repair that else I make a PR. With the old theme it's work perfectly maybe new theme bad config/params introduce this.

@jwage Can you please look into this? AFAIK we talked about it back then.

The RST parser we are using now does not support tables with different column and row spans. We need to figure out another way to render this data.
